Lago di Sorapiss

A fantastic hiking trail, which you should do every year, if you are in this region. To describe the beauty of this (not too heavy) hike is hardly possible. You have to go this way yourself. Beautifully situated mountain lake, which invites you to cool down in the summer

The ascent begins at Passo Tre Croci. You park on the street
The ascent is very varied. Through forest, over a blanket of snow, stairs and rubble.
You don't master many meters of altitude, but you have a constant up and down. At one point you can hold on to thick wire ropes. Those who are not completely free from vertigo must grit their teeth.
But the view makes up for it.
The lake looks exactly like the pictures. The lime gives the Sorapis lake this impressive color

Beautiful lake. The color is actually the way you see it. You should be sure-footed and focused for the tour.
