Pedro IV Square, better known by its old name Rossio, is a square located in the Baixa, the nerve center of Lisbon for several centuries. Trials, shows, festivals, military parades and autos de fe took place there during the Inquisition.

São Jorge Castle (Saint George Castle) is a Moorish castle occupying a commanding hilltop overlooking the historic centre of the Portuguese city of Lisbon and Tagus River.
