Situated in the centre of a large ancient village (in the 17th century it belonged to the Prozorovsky princes, in the first half of the 18th century - to the Stroganov counts), on the high left bank of the Ukhtokhma River. It is the compositional core of the rural development, dominating the surrounding landscape. It consists of two churches: the cold Church of the Resurrection and the warm Church of St. Nicholas, as well as a bell tower and a parish school. The first of the churches was erected in 1713, and in 1751 an aisle of the Intercession and a refectory were added to it from the north. Apparently, a separate bell tower, included in the fence, was built at the same time. The Nikolskaya Church was built from 1791, but was completed, judging by the architectural forms, already in the first third of the 19th century. In 1906, a parish school was built. By now, the tops of both temples and the fence surrounding them have been lost.
