The stop of the so-called "Wanderbahnhof" is about 200 meters from the former Jockgrim train station. Here, the needs of hikers are given special consideration, they have a direct connection to existing hiking trails, an information board for hikers and an integration into the municipal tourism concept Prerequisites are met in Jockgrim, judged the Zweckverband. Well, the former train station has been privatized and lavishly converted into a medical center. It is separated from the platform by a long fence, so you have to walk far outside. But the restaurant “Zum Bahnhof” to the south is worth it, serving Palatinate cuisine.
