Great museum about the Mulberry harbours. Mulberry B is located in front of the museum. You also have a view of the remains of the harbor from the inside. The entire structure of the port is explained with the help of gigantic dioramas.
A special museum in a special location that should not be missed if you are at all interested in this technical tour de force that became known under the code name "Mulberry".

The former artificial harbor can be seen through the large windows of the museum. Extremely precise scale models with explanations explain how these gigantic harbor installations were constructed and how they worked. The invasion itself is illustrated with a diorama, display cases, weapons and equipment. A Royal Navy film follows at the end. (Michelin)

One of the better D-Day museums among the hundreds along the Normandy coast. On the waterfront some artificial port structures for the allied landing can be seen.
