The visitor center is quite small, but you can have a coffee or a beer here. There is nothing to eat here, but there is a small shop with souvenirs and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy food you have brought with you. There is also a toilet and a playground.

Terhills extends over an area of approximately 356 ha in Dilsen-Stokkem and Maasmechelen, on the edge of the first National Park of Belgium.
Shaped by its past as an industrial mine and gravel extraction site, the area is today characterised by lush fauna and flora, enormous bodies of water and unique views from the mine spoil tips.
