High Rock Canyon is remote, rugged, and beautiful, but your efforts to reach it will be well rewarded. The roads and paths can mostly be navigated on a gravel bike with wide tires (40mm and up) but some of the sandy washes will mean dismounting. No matter what your ride, be sure to bring more water than you think you need and have a plan in case things go sideways; you'll be a long way from nowhere.
