Robert Kessler's work of art is accessible, direct interaction between passers-by and the work of art is desired and possible at any time. This creates a new meeting place, a place where we can gather courage. The fact that our courage can give us wings to do things that previously seemed impossible to us is symbolized by the two stylized blue feathers made of painted stainless steel, which contrast in color with the warm earth tones of the surrounding buildings.

"The sculpture refers to the courage to do or not do things," said the artist when presenting his work. "Courage inspires us and is the most beautiful thing there is. I wanted to show that we gain courage through support, but also that I myself can create something courageously," said Kessler.
