The medieval town church is built of limestone blocks in basilikaform with nave and two passages. During the restoration in the 1880s, however, much was rebuilt.
The choir is from 1250 and is listed in tiles, as well as the later tower Sct. Anna's chapel. It is one of the most beautiful Gothic buildings in the country.
The cemetery next to the church is no longer used since the new cemetery was built in the area surrounding the town.

The basilica nave was built of limestone in the late Romanesque period. The chancel and tower are of brick, the chancel built in the early Gothic style, the tower and the northern chapels in the 15th century in the late Gothic style.
