This is the beginning point for eastbound hikers (or the end for westbound hikers) of the Grand Enchantment Trail (G.E.T.). It's a 770-mile trail spanning the width of half of Arizona and half of New Mexico. Those who have traveled the whole trail know the Grand Enchantment Trail’s is challenging because it includes route finding. The trail is often lost and crosses unmaintained dirt roads, river washes, and cross-country travel.
