Probably the easiest way to get to Ventoux. The track is in good shape and really flat, you can run it quite comfortably. Mostly through the forest, a tolerable temperature is ensured even at higher temperatures. Sault can also be reached via several variants with only moderate slope, of which the approach through the Gorge de la Nesque should be the most scenic.
