The Kartal House is one of the Renaissance monuments of Veliki Preslav. The house is not related to certain events in the history of our people, but represents the traditional rural life of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century, as well as the entry of elements of urban life under European influence. It is assumed that the house was built after 1856. by Preslav craftsmen with local building material - stone, wood and adobe. The house was restored in 1982.
