One of the best trail in Hallasan National. It doesn't go to the highest summit but offers nice views of the main volcano cliffs (come early in the morning, the top gets cloudy in the afternoon).
The beginning of the trail is in the forest so it doesn't get too hot in summer.
Last entrance of the trail is at 03:00PM.
Water and restroom can be found along the path.
For hikers not in a condition to walk or for trail workers, there is a mini-train that goes up to the top, even on the steepest parts (could be a lifetime goal to have the honor to take this train).
