The Nebelsteinhütte deserves a highlight! It is a little way below the summit. A rustic, very cozy hut where you feel welcome - even with dogs in your luggage. I was lucky that the terrace was pretty empty when I arrived. But that changed quickly. The hut is a popular destination for hikers, walkers and mountain bikers. If you are not very good on your feet, you can drive almost to the hut, then it is only a little bit uphill on a gravel path.

For food and drink here is well taken care of. Everything tasty and in good portions.
Also, the overnight stay is no problem. You can choose between rooms (if free, we had the 3-bedroom with single and single bed) and dormitory.
And on the breakfast the next morning you can also look forward to: tasty and really sufficient
We had pre-booked, but were the only ones who stayed overnight.
