The hot springs feeding the heat into the streams are a boon. Just look for a nice spot and jump into the warm water when the temperatures are icy.

At this part of the trail the locals have created some spots to take your clothes off and enjoy the hot springs, cooled to a pleasant level by some mountain spring waters. Incredible relax, definitely worth the run/walk up.
Even though due to the bad weather we got, it was still amazing to thaw our muscles in the hot waters. Definitely a must visit place.
