The Heder swell area has been beautifully prepared by the city of Salzkotten-Upsprunge. There is an old mill, the millstone is still there. There are also water treading tanks in the spring meadow - that makes tired feet lively. ;): D

The Hederquellen in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Paderborn are the karst springs of the 11.8 kilometer-long Lippe tributary of the Heder, located in the Upsprunge district of Salzkotten. After the Pader springs, they form the second strongest headwaters in North Rhine-Westphalia.
