Kolarstwo szosowe

Laas in South Tyrol is also known as the "marble village". Close to the village, the "white gold" is mined and in the twelfth century, the parish church was built, which today still shines in white marble and is the highlight of the small four thousand souls community near Schlanders. Besides the marble, Laas is known for its agricultural products. Both are celebrated once a year with the "Marble and apricots" feast.

The area around Laas is beautiful. The cycle path leads directly through picturesque orchards and orchards.

In the mountains above Laas marble is mined, which is why Laas is also known as a marble village. In the historic center you can therefore always see the precious marble of buildings or sculptures.
