Definitely go the way back here. The middle of the three lakes impressed me the most. I sat on the stone and looked into the water, and had the feeling I can jump straight into the sky. The reflections and crystal clear water are simply brilliant.

The Gosaulacke has no permanent inflow. A filling occurs as a result of the snowmelt or heavy rainfall. In the northeast it is fed by two mountain streams that carry water in spring. The main outflow of the Hinterer Gosau lake runs underground and flows into the Gosaulacke. Their outflow to the Vorderen Gosau Lake is usually also underground.
