The highlight describes the entry into the Triebisch "bike path" near Neutanneberg, but the place is not the source of the Triebisch, because the Triebisch originates in the Tharandt forest. To Rothschönberg, the route runs along a dirt road that is currently ransacked by forest vehicles. I saw a few square meters of cut down trees. Has the bark beetle screwed that up? Today on the day of the fight, however, the dirt road was dry and felt more like a fine sandy path. After a few hundred meters the dirt road turns into a meadow and here too it was easy to board over due to the extreme drought in April. But you should watch out for the barriers. They are closed. Motor vehicles are no longer allowed these days, because the dirt road leads through the Tanneberger Loch, where the Trabbis, W50 and all the others gasped up the steep slope of the old motorway until the motorway bridge was built.
