Terrengsykling

It was once a well-used mule track and used to connect the plain to the hill farms and the rural church of San Michele in Frangesto. It fell into disuse after the creation of the current provincial. The charm of a very demanding single track remains, especially if in humid conditions. In some places the bottom is very rough, but always cycle, both downhill and uphill. It is also a fascinating trek given the panoramic view over the plain of ancient olive trees. Made in the autumn, the traveler will be able to use the strawberry trees as a refreshment.

N 4, path that connects the junction of the church of San Michele to the road to the hermitage of San Antonio. Accessible both by bike and on foot. Mainly rocky road. Recommended technical shoe both uphill and downhill

The first stretch that follows the underpass is impassable except on foot. We will return in the summer when the ground is drier.
