Before entering the territory of a military district, a person is required to ensure that no temporary or permanent entry ban has been imposed on the territory of the military district or its territory. A person who has entered the territory of a military district is prohibited from:
1. Remaining on the territory of the military district for more than 24 hours.
2. Handling any found weapons, ammunition, explosives, or their parts.
3. Entering cordoned-off or fenced-off parts of the military district, defense infrastructure facilities, and areas where there is a serious threat to the life or health of people.
4. Making drawings, plans, photographs, or filming of defense infrastructure facilities in the military district.
5. unauthorized entry and parking of motor vehicles on public roads, forests, and agricultural land.
6. setting fires and polluting and damaging the environment.
7. engaging in activities that cause damage to state property within the military district or that restrict or prevent the fulfillment of defense and state security tasks.

This information is also available on the website of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic (mosr.sk).
