The ancient village of Khoteichi is located in the historical area of Guslitsy on the bank of the Nerskaya River; it stretches along the old Kasimovsky tract. On a hill, in the middle of the village, near the highway, stands the snow-white Church of the Holy Trinity. Khoteichi itself was first mentioned in the census books of 1631-1633 under the name Khotevichi. Since 1810, the village was owned by Countess Irina Ivanovna Vorontsova, née Izmailova. She is the builder of the currently existing stone church.
