Villa Saint-Georges (Villa Joire, Villa Max Moreels) is a country house in the Belgian city of Waregem. The villa is located on an estate bordering the Waregem Hippodrome and is part of the Waregem heritage around equestrian sports.
In 1904, the Northern French Alexander Joire, a horse breeder, had the villa built. It is built in cottage style with Anglo-Norman influences. It is an example of attention to regionalism in architecture during the period from the end of the 19th century to the interbellum. This somewhat romantic approach to cottage architecture was often used in rural areas for homes of the wealthy class.

During the First World War, the villa was badly damaged and Joire sold it to local industrialist Oscar Vindevogel. He had the architect Bourgeois from Ghent renovate the villa.

In 2004, the villa, park and horse stables were included in the list of protected monuments[1]. It is currently privately owned.
