From Baita Sornadello, after admiring the skyline of the Orobic mountains, we follow the track which initially develops on a smooth path but not always easy to follow (keep an eye on the track), after a short stretch on a path of 80 linear meters on a non-cyclable path you emerge in front of a super panoramic point (watch out for the overhangs) and what will be the real descent.
Apart from the very short stretches, the descent is practically never exposed, but initially the overhang located 20m outside the path is a little worrying, fortunately the stretch is really short and we can immediately concentrate on the descent, which for the next 550m will be a succession continuous hairpin bends where the nose press is often a must, technical S3+/S4 passages that are felt on the arms.
The path is relatively clean so we can enjoy the passages without particularly worrying about the looseness which would make them unsafe, furthermore during the descent, under a huge spur of rock we can find what remains of the Baita Gioanabela.
