If you are looking for a green oasis in the middle of the city, then you should definitely plan a visit to Hyde Park in Sydney. This park is one of the oldest and busiest public parks in the city.

Hyde Park offers a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city and is a popular place to relax and hang out. Here you can go for a walk on the well-groomed paths, sit on a bench in the shade of an old oak tree or just relax.

A particular highlight of the park is the Anzac War Memorial, which commemorates the Australian and New Zealand soldiers who died in World War I. An important part of Sydney's history and culture, the Memorial is an awe-inspiring sight.

From here you also have a great view of the city and some of its most famous sights, such as the Opera House and the city center. The Art Gallery of New South Wales is also very close to the park if you are an art lover too.
