    The Alm is open from June to October. Great terrace with a wonderful view and hearty alpine food (cheese, buttermilk, homemade bread and cakes).

      The newly renovated Mauritzalm in the middle of the Rofan Mountains, not far from the Rofan cable car. It can be reached on a good hiking trail within 5 minutes' walk from the mountain station and is particularly suitable as an excursion destination for the whole family. Since the main hiking trails also lead directly past the alpine pasture, it is also a wonderful place to stop for a break with a wonderful viewing terrace on any hike or mountain tour in the Rofan.

                The Mauritzalm is an alpine pasture in the Rofan at 1870 m above sea level. It is located on a small plateau below the Gschöllkopf, just above the Erfurter Hütte. It is easily accessible from Maurach am Achensee via the Rofan cable car and is the starting point for numerous mountain tours in the Rofan.
