    The Poggensee outdoor pool is one of the most beautiful outdoor pools in the district. The pool is surrounded by beautiful old trees and is therefore a wonderful summer oasis. For water lovers there are plenty of opportunities to swim, splash and play. A water slide in the separate non-swimmer area and two bathing islands complete the offer. Active sports enthusiasts can play football or use the beach volleyball court.
    If you fancy a snack, the kiosk has an attractive selection.

            Poggensee is a district of Bad Oldesloe. The outdoor pool at Poggensee is the only access to the lake shore, everything else may not be entered. By the way, "Poggen" is a Low German expression for frogs or toads.
