One of the most beautiful, quiet routes in this area. Good to ride from summer to winter. This section has very few cars and motorbikes. But it's great to ride on a bike and with a bit of strength in your legs. It goes up quite a few times. Similar to mountain passes in the Alps. Generally very calm. If you have maps you will see that you can cycle in circles through Bonndorf. Every fork below leads to a county road, from which you can get back to the larger towns via Bonndorf or Kappel. You can also look for accommodation.
