The Sint-Jan-de-Doperkerk is a church building in Herderen in the Belgian municipality of Riemst in Limburg. It is located on the St.-Jansstraat and is located on a hill where part of the village is also located. Next to the church building is the cemetery and there are grave crosses from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is the parish church of the village and is dedicated to John the Baptist.
The brick building is a single-aisled cruciform church, consisting of six bays, an enlarged transept with five bays and a choir with flat closure and a straight bay. The sacristy is built against the south side of the choir. The building also has a pointed arch portal in the north side, an oculus in the west side and narrow rectangular wall openings and a profiled, pointed arch-shaped gallbladder hole. The building has a gable roof, bays provided with buttresses and brick pointed arch windows with a natural stone finish.
Inside, the building is plastered and has marlstone cross rib vaults. Between the nave and the side aisles are pointed arch arcades on compound columns with heavy capitals.
