Schwalenburg near Schwalefeld - mystical surroundings with great views

The "Schwalenburg" trekking platform is somewhat remote from the ring wall system. In the morning at sunrise you have a breathtaking view over the valley and the surrounding area. Adjacent to the trekking site you have a refuge.
A visit to the Schwalenburg and the observation tower is worthwhile to enjoy the view of the Hochsauerland.
