Very nice old castle. There are several stone sculptures by various artists in the front garden. On the right hand side there are some seating options that invite you to linger.

Siebeneichen Castle is an interesting combination of a Renaissance and a Baroque castle. The renaissance building was built in the 1550s on a mountain spur above the Elbe valley. In 1748 a baroque wing was built in front of it on the west side, which since then has been the main entrance with its show facade.

This beautiful old castle is located high above the Elbe. Erected in the 16th century by Ernst von Miltitz in the Renaissance style, it was rebuilt in the Baroque style in the 18th century. Today the castle is a training and day center of the Saxon educational institute.
