                      The Ladencafe Schulze is known beyond the city limits as a gingerbread museum. It is practically Borgholzhausen's figurehead for tourist marketing. I find it very impressive with a lot of variety and different products. You can have the gingerbread labeled with individual wishes, also for different occasions. Also different sizes. I am really very impressed and can only recommend a visit for all ages and in all seasons.

                                The Schulze von Ravensberg family business has been producing delicacies here for 5 generations, namely pastries and gingerbread specialties according to traditional recipes and with the best ingredients.

                                Both the cafe and the shop are great places to linger. The opening times are
                                Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m
                                Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 1 p.m
