The church to Klein Wesenberg - a very special spiritual place. Its history goes back to the year 1187, where the present church was inaugurated on March 27, 1885 solemnly. It was built in neo-gothic style and some interiors could still be preserved from the old church, such as the special baptismal font that was once acquired by the community from Lübeck Cathedral. Other important objects in the interior are a grave plate of the Knight of Volyn von Wesenberg from the year 1392 and the crucifix, which was founded in 1675 by the Plön Duke. For the services, the community can enjoy the music of a romantic organ of the master workshop for organ building, Fa. Marcussen. And the monumental stained-glass windows with which the church is fitted provide a very special atmosphere - above all the window in the sanctuary, which shows the resurrection of Jesus.
