        The historic Lohmühle is located between Georgenthal and Tambach-Dietharz, embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Thuringian Forest.

        Here, at the foot of the Rennsteig in the valley of the Apfelstädt river, a special museum complex has been created from the former mill and factory site.

        The spacious outdoor area with mobile home parking space and the Lohmühlenmuseum, which is a local history and technology museum, are privately run by the fourth generation of the family.
