The walk on the Dobler Engel-Weg is a small "journey inwards". The themed trail runs parallel to the Westweg and begins at the "Enge Türle" on the European circular hiking trail. Guardian angels, forest angels and models give meaningful suggestions. At the end of the path you will find a rock wonder, the Volzemer stones. Only very small gradients. Round trip on the same route and a total of about 2.4 km long.

The Dobler Engelweg is located directly on the Westweg, between "Engetürle" and the refuge. I really liked both the artwork and some of the quotes.

If you are on the Westweg, you will inevitably pass by here. The path clearly shows how Catholic the area is. For someone like me who comes from northern Germany, it takes a lot of getting used to. I met a lot of people here who paused at the pictures. For spiritual and believing people this path is a recommendation that I would like to recommend to them. For hikers to the Westweg this is only one stop on the first stage.
