A viewing platform with a view over Lake Nierssee. The platform was inaugurated in June 2019. Previously, the Nierssee - which is still not freely accessible - was practically not visible from the path. The Nierssee is an operating site of the Niersverband and part of the Mönchengladbach-Neuwerk sewage treatment plant.

From the platform you can wonderfully observe and enjoy the "water sports paradise" of ducks, geese and other waterfowl.

A nice place with a bench and a beautiful view of the Nierssee. Unfortunately the weather didn't give us any reason to take a photo today.
