The Marsyangdi River Valley is beautiful. Although a road has been created connecting Besi Sahar to Manang, this valley has not lost its charm. By walking it is possible to appreciate small villages where life flows slowly.

The valley of the raging Marsyangdi is spectacular and varied along its entire length, in it one walks through several climatic zones and passes through countless villages. The road now opens up many of them, but thanks to the NATT trails, these can often be bypassed.

The Marsyangdi is a mountain river in Nepal. Its length is about 150 kilometers. The river begins northwest of the Annapurna massif near the village of Manang at an altitude of 3,600 meters. It flows east through Manang District and then south through Lamjung. The Marsyangdi joins the Trishuli river near Mugling on the Prithvi Highway. The Annapurna trekking route follows the Marsyangdi river valley to Manang.
