Up here you have a wonderful view of the Black Forest and beyond. Highest peak in Baden-Württemberg, great refreshment. Attention: it is better to take warmer clothes with you, because it is also the coldest place in the state on average over the year.

Here you stand on the highest elevation in Baden-Württemberg and the highest peak of all German low mountain ranges: the summit of the Feldberg at 1,493 meters. Most of the Feldberg is protected. This nature reserve is the oldest and largest in Baden-Württemberg. Since 1989, the so-called Feldberg Rangers have been caring for the flora and fauna.
