It is a pure nature campsite, a small disadvantage, unfortunately, you cannot camp right on the lake, but it is just reasonable for a night as a cyclist. I can only recommend the campsite at Oberuckersee to a limited extent for those passing through on the Berlin Usedom cycle path. The long-distance cycle path leads directly past the reception. CONTRA: As a cyclist you only get an extremely unsightly place for your tent right behind the reception on hard, sandy ground, while the rest of the campsite is located in a terrace-like manner down to the picturesque lake. Unfortunately, there is also a railway line right up at the campsite, ie freight trains all night. PRO: Thanks to EU subsidies, the sanitary and shower area is very attractive, spacious and in great condition (2019). Unlimited showering is included.
