This route on the northern flank of the Teutoburg Forest includes five climbs and descents on a little to moderately traveled asphalted country road. Past the excursion restaurant 'Friedrichshöhe', on the practice slope of the Bielefeld flying school and finally through the winding Hesseltal. For road cyclists a good mountain training route in the otherwise right plates East Westphalia.

Belongs to my home route. Beautiful hilly landscape with little traffic. You can drive as far as the Osnabrück region. The construction site in Ascheloh is now open to cyclists again.
