The Hirrlinger Schloss is relatively centrally located in the middle of the village. It dates from the middle of the 16th century and is therefore over 450 years old. Nowadays the local government and a couple of medical practices are housed in the building. A short stop to take a closer look at the magnificent building is definitely worth it.

The Hirrlinger Castle was built from 1557 to 1558 by Baron Georg VII von Ow (1517-1575) based on the model of the Bühler Castle in the Renaissance style. The castle is of course the centre of Hirrlingen. Today the castle houses the following facilities. In addition to the town hall, the notary's office, storage areas for the municipality, a doctor's office, a naturopathy practice, the fire brigade, the German Red Cross, the bakery, private apartments, the Bellni studio and the theatre community, all of which are housed here.
