The double-decker bridge Alf-Bullay, also called Moselbrücke Bullay, is a bridge over the Moselle between Alf and Bullay. The special feature of this structure is that it was built as Germany's first double-decker bridge. The Mosel line runs along the upper girth, the lower girth runs along the L 199 road. After passing through the combined railway and road bridge, the Bullay and Moselle railway flows directly into the Prinzenkopf tunnel on the other side of the Moselle.

The 314 meter long bridge was built in the years 1875-1878 with the construction of the railway line Koblenz - Trier in the course of the canon railway.

As Kanonenbahn the military strategic railway line from the German capital Berlin over coasts, Wetzlar, Koblenz and Trier to Metz in France is called. At that time Metz belonged to the German Empire, because after the Franco-Prussian War of 1870/1871 France had to cede the imperial country of Alsace-Lorraine to Germany. The railway line was created in the sequence to efficiently connect the new territory to the Reich and Prussian capital Berlin. Existing railway lines in state hands were used.
