Burgtiefe-Südstrand, with one of the finest sandy beaches and the numerous tourist facilities and leisure facilities, is a tourist hot spot on Fehmarn. What could be more natural than to climb into the floods in Burgtiefe-Südstrand. A family vacation in particular becomes an experience here. Swimming opportunities exist all year round. Gray clouds are quickly forgotten in the FehMare swimming paradise. The bathing area is the ideal starting point for wellness vacationers.

Windsurfers and kiters are just as much a part of the picture in Burgtiefe-Südstrand as anglers. These can set off for surf fishing or set sail with the fishing trawlers. The stormy wind makes the kites dance over the sea and if you get hungry, you can get the best island fish in the restaurant "Zum Goldenen Anker" at the harbor in Burgstaaken.
