This is a beautiful remote mixed forest area between Gutenberg and Streichenreuth, in between there are also some nice trails to be found, but unfortunately, as so often the forest machines break the paths, as well as some sections here.
Ok ok, biking and hiking don't have to be done, but these sections are no longer so idyllic ...

Beautiful single trail in the forest between Kaltenstauden and Guttenberg. In some narrow places, the balance should definitely be right as it goes down steeply right next to the singletrack. Difficulty: S0 - S1.

Very nice piece of forest on the Torenknock between Guttenberg and Streichenreuth.
Pure nature, wonderfully fresh through a small stream in the valley and lots of beeches, linden trees 6 oaks in between book conifers.
You are here on old paths not far from Guttenberg Castle, so the ancestors of Guttenberg (Baron & Countess) went for a walk here to assess remnants of the forest seat and stairs.
For biking, as made and hikers are also happy.
