This crossing existed here until 2006 and was open 24 hours a day. However, on December 21, 2006, it was closed following the conclusion of the Schengen Agreement.

The bathing bus runs from Bansin to the Ahlbeck border. From there you can walk back wonderfully, always along the beach: about 10km.

ハイキング
It lies on the former border between the two states and is the longest pedestrian and cycle path in Europe on the coast. It connects the German seaside resort of Ahlbeck with the Polish city of Świnoujście (Swinemünde) and goes through three imperial baths from Prussian times: Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The promenade extends over a total of 12 km.
