The way from Meransen up to the Gitschberg is very steep and often not mobile - then only the wheel helps to push. I was out in the morning before the cable cars started to work and was completely alone - except for a few cows.

Before going downhill in the direction of Altfasstal, you can walk to the summit of little Gitsch in less than 10 minutes.
