The Panider saddle is an ideal connection between Val Gardena, or St Ulrich and Castelrotto. The Panider saddle is 1437 mt. high not particularly long but rather steep on both sides.

Some of the photos show the hotel of the same name right on the Panider Sattel (Pass Pinei), a small mountain pass between Ortisei (Val Gardena) and Castelrotto.
You can start the ascent to the Panider Sattel in Waidbruck in the Eisack Valley and conquer approx. 1000 meters in altitude or 15.3 kilometers. Once reached, the descent in the direction of Castelrotto and then back to Waidbruck is recommended.
If all of this is not enough for you, you should take the steep driveway to Pufls to the Seiseralm, which begins just below the Panidersattel. There you can enjoy the Seiseralm plateau and take the main road in the direction of Castelrotto.
