Fresh milk ice cream is produced every day in the Ratzeburg ice cream factory. Today's ice cream recipe goes back to great-grandfather Emil Pelz. Over 70 years ago, Emil created this recipe, which has been and is passed on from generation to generation. Ice cream specialties are offered on hand or to take at home. In the café, the palate is spoiled with delicious cakes, coffee or ice cream sundaes. The ice cream pavilion is currently open for takeaway sales from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you want to take a seat in the café, you can do so from 12 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

This year (June and September 2019) I ate ice cream twice and I didn't really like it. "Before" there was really good ice cream, but this year was disappointing for me! And I'm not very demanding.
