The path marked here is definitely worth it. From south to north, it goes decently downhill - including a few tiny drops. At least so steep that I would not recommend the opposite direction to anyonerichtung

Challenging ascent and descent. When going up, it is best to use the left edge. In the middle it is often slippery due to leaves and the rear wheel spins.

Far and wide, only dog walkers, no other mountain bikers around. A nice alternative in the heat on the beach. I practiced braking and riding down slopes extensively with my 6-year-old (wearing full chest/knee/elbow protection and helmet). We practiced on the larger tree stump slope there, and he ended up riding down it safely and in a controlled manner. Thank you for an unexpected tour in Timmendorfer Strand.
