This route is really the better alternative to the signposted bike route between Ingelheim and Bingen.
There is pure nature here: again and again great views of the Rhine and the islands in this section of the Rhine. There are also storks and geese on the green areas.
However, the route is only partially passable after floods and damp weather. Otherwise, anyone who drives here with narrow tires will quickly reach their limits.

Wonderful, natural route directly parallel to the banks of the Rhine! From here, there are always great views of the vineyards on the opposite side of the Rhine.
